Service Mechanic - Pump Job in Navi Mumbai at Vijay Engineering and Machinery Company

Vijay Engineering and Machinery Company is hiring for the role of Service Mechanic - Pump!

Responsiblities of the Candidate:

• Visiting the customers for complaint logging, attending to technical difficulties and resolving the complaints of the customer.
• Identifying technical difficulties/loopholes in the system & suggesting the remedy to the customers.
• Giving feedback to customers concerning solutions for their problems.
• Updating Service Engineer/Sales personnel regarding the status of the complaint within 24 hrs from the receipt of the complaint.
• Identifying & reporting about the different types of equipment installed at the Client’s site.
• Checking all the parameters of the system of the customer & suggest whether it’s appropriate.
• Commissioning of the system at the Customer’s site.
• Handling replacement & refurbishment tasks at customer’s end.
• Servicing to be done in 48 hours inside Mumbai and 72 hours outside Mumbai.
• Submitting weekly reports on: The complaints attended & resolved daily and the Spares & refurbishments replaced at the customer’s site.
• Forwarding enquiries/requirements to spares from the site.
• Visiting to godown as required.
• Visiting to Client’s site for AMC/Commissioning.

Requirements:

• Electrical Engineering /ITI courses (pump/electrical)
• Work Experience: Fresher
• Age limit: Max 24
• Should be Good in communication skills, convincing skills, analytical skills, and handling work pressure
