Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor dealer service operations to ensure high-quality product support and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement service capability enhancement programs across the dealer network.
• Track service KPIs and warranty claims, and ensure compliance with SLA standards.
• Identify and drive aftermarket business opportunities including spare parts, AMC, and retrofitting services.
• Conduct regular training and audits to ensure dealer readiness and technical competence.
• Handle escalated customer issues and coordinate with internal engineering and sales teams for resolution.
• Ensure the availability and effective usage of service tools, equipment, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support during pre- and post-sales activities.

• Strong understanding of aftermarket operations, field service management, and dealer development.
• Experience in electromechanical equipment or industrial product servicing preferred.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
