Accenture is hiring for the role of Service Management Practitioner!

Responsibilities of Candidate:

• Respond to user/client escalations and engage in functional escalation and management escalation as required.
• Manage requests and incidents on the ITSM tool.
• Implement applicable changes, test them, and hand them over to the customer.
• Promptly handle all incidents, problems, and service requests (SRs) to minimize their impact on client-end service quality.
• Join the on-call group, which is a high-priority requirement for an easy transition into the role.
• Continuously identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

• Possess a strong background in ITIL and service management.
• Assign tasks to the team daily, considering SLAs, technician availability, and their skills.
• Define and manage service level agreements (SLAs) with customers.
• Ensure outstanding customer service, maintain robust customer relationships, and manage third-party vendor relationships.
