Service Engineer - West Job in Ahmedabad at Captiva Energy Solutions Pvt Ltd

Key Responsibilities

• Attend customer complaints and ensure effective resolution across Ahmedabad and surrounding Gujarat areas.
• Handle commissioning calls to ensure proper installation, testing, and operational verification.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical/electrical issues in DG/GG sets (Diesel/Gas Generators).
• Maintain proper service documentation and reporting to the Regional/ Central Service Team.
• Ensure reduced Turnaround Time (TAT) and improved Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).
• Support AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and contribute to aftermarket growth opportunities.
• Enhance customer touch points and strengthen long-term client relationships.
• Contribute towards achieving AOP (Annual Operating Plan) growth targets through efficient service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5–6 years of experience in DG/GG Set service, maintenance, or commissioning.
• Strong technical expertise in field service operations.
