Service Engineer - South Job in Visakhapatnam at Captiva Energy Solutions Pvt Ltd

Key Responsibilities

• Attend field complaints and provide on-site service support across Visakhapatnam and nearby AP region.
• Handle commissioning calls to ensure proper installation, testing, and performance checks.
• Maintain and manage O&M (Operation & Maintenance) services at Navy facilities.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, particularly in DG Set industries.
• Ensure minimum Turnaround Time (TAT) and improve Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).
• Maintain accurate service records and provide timely reports to the Regional/ Central Service Team.
• Support AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and contribute to aftermarket business growth.
• Enhance Customer Touch Points and ensure service delivery aligned with AOP targets.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in service/maintenance (DG Set industries preferred).
• Hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
