Trivog health is hiring for the role of Service Engineer!

Responsibility of the Candidate:

• Coordinate day-to-day activities to meet project objectives.
• Installation of the Machines.
• Educate and train customers on the use of machines, software, and applications.
• Attending Break down Calls and Troubleshooting
• First Time Resolution of the machines handled.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
• Collect, record, and maintain the right data to meet project objectives.
• Closely working with the local client centers to achieve the desired goal.
• Brainstorm with the internal team on ways to address gaps that may arise.
• Support the operational aspects of product implementation and development.

Requirements

• Min 2 years experience in a healthcare institution.
• Experience in Health Tech or Public health sectors is extremely advantageous.
• Understanding the Healthcare market is a plus.
• Strong MS Office Skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and IT Literacy.
• Resilient team player who is willing to adapt to the changing priorities of the business.
• Excellent verbal and efficient written communication demonstrating confidence in a client-facing role.
