Service Engineer Job in Ahmedabad at Schwing Stetter

Schwing is hiring for the role of Service Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Diagnose and repair technical issues with Schwing Stetter machinery and equipment at customer sites
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Provide technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving issues remotely or on-site
• Train customers on the proper operation and maintenance of Schwing Stetter equipment
• Collaborate with the sales and service team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Keep accurate and detailed records of service and maintenance activities

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
• Experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction equipment industry
• Strong technical and mechanical skills
• Stay up-to-date on the latest technical developments and advancements in Schwing Stetter equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
• Familiarity with Schwing Stetter equipment is an advantage
