Madhus Garage Equipment Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the role of Service Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Repairing faults, servicing equipment
- Providing friendly, efficient on-time service
- Following up on service requests and providing customer feedback promptly
- Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures
- Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis
- Attending break down, PM, etc all of our equipment
- Reaching customer locations on time & resolve issues
- Educating & training customers with basic troubleshooting skills & easy fixes
- Providing excellent customer service by carefully listening to customer concerns
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Experience: Fresher as well as experienced also can apply. Experience in the equipment industry is an added advantage
- Qualification: B.E./Diploma in electronics or mechanical or 10+ITI, Mechanical field
