Microsoft is hiring for the role of Service Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Quick troubleshooting of Production Issues
- Work experience on RHEL servers
- Provide L2/L3 support on Windows/VMWare
- Mainten, and troubleshooting Windows Servers
- Log Monitoring and Analysis for issue prevention
- Need to have hands-on knowledge of software containerization platforms like Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes
- Work in L2 L3 Application Support
- Support teams to facilitate prompt resolution of incidents
- Coordinate with the Development team for the L3 issue
Requirements:
- Work Experience:2+ years
- Linux
- SQL
- Windows Vmware
- Azure
- Flexibility to work in 24x7 shifts
- Experience with shell scripting
- Having a working knowledge of Azure is an asset
- Experience in Incident resolutions to meet client SLAs
- ITIL Foundation V3 or V4 certification
- Expertise in SQL Queries
- Experience in troubleshooting Hyper-V and Failover clustering
