Service Delivery Operations Job in Bangalore at Infynix Communications

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage the support engineers’ team and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Prepare operational and performance reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Create customer and internal presentations in PowerPoint (PPT).
• Draft and communicate maintenance activity emails to customers and stakeholders.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Attend customer escalation calls and provide status updates.
• Monitor pending tickets, follow up with relevant teams, and provide progressive updates to customers.
• Host customer review meetings, present service performance, and discuss improvement actions.
