Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Service walk-in customers across all segments, ensuring prompt and courteous assistance
- Generate leads for New-To-Bank (NTB) customers and actively cross-sell financial products Act as a backup to the Service Officer (SO) during peak hours or absences
- Handle non-transactional servicing tasks such as audit support and reconciliation of branch accounts
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally Identify and capitalize on business opportunities sensed during customer interactions
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience to encourage retention and positive word-of-mouth
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines
