To The New is hiring for the role of Service Delivery Executive!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Work closely with our AWS Client Services & Analytics team to support them in fulfilling customer requests on AWS billing
- Responsible for recurring and ad-hoc reporting for various internal stakeholders & customers
- Responsible for monthly, weekly, and yearly billing reports, trend analysis, and pricing calculations
- Maintain Data Hygiene
- Ensure accuracy and data integrity
- Analyze all billing procedures and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop standard templates and dashboards for various reporting metrics
- identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements
- Develop and maintain trackers for various purposes
- Creating innovative Dashboards on the Ticketing tool
Requirements:
- Should be excellent in Analytical Skills and MS Excel skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and ensure excellent attention to detail
- Must be an independent thinker and be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to articulate complex topics and interact with stakeholders
- Must be good in Excel, and Word, (v lookup, H Lookup, Mail Merge, Pivot table, Macro etc)
