Aeries is hiring for the role of Service Delivery Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Review and analyze contract terms to determine early termination conditions and applicable fees or liabilities.
• Maintain a detailed understanding of contract clauses related to early termination.
• Accurately calculate early termination fees and liabilities based on contract terms and conditions.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing of early termination fees.
• Coordinate with the finance team to ensure proper accounting and reporting of early termination liabilities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations related to early termination.
• Identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Act as a point of contact for queries related to early termination fees and liabilities from clients and internal teams.
• Provide clear and concise explanations of calculations and contractual obligations.
• Facilitate resolution of disputes related to early termination fees.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all early termination cases.
• Prepare regular reports on early termination activities, including fee assessments and liability evaluations.
• Develop and maintain documentation for processes related to early termination management.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve early termination processes.
• Implement best practices and provide training to relevant teams on early termination procedures.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Overall, 3- 4 Years of experience
• Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Telecom experience will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in contract management, finance, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of contract terms and conditions, particularly related to early termination.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and calculations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
