The contents of this role is :
To manage calls of customers
Co-ordinating with the engineers
Assigning calls to engineers & taking daily update
Managing & updating OCR (Online Software Package) for engineer calls & customer details along with their Annual Monthly Contract (AMC)
Maintaining AMCs of customers by sending reminders regarding contract renewal, new contracts, feedback regarding service, etc
Manging the cash flow & receipts of chargeble calls
Performing Tasks given by the Director/Service Manager/TL/HR on time
Will report to the Service Manager/TL/HR of the company
Along with Etiquette & mannerisms you will also be evaluated for the above contents on monthly basis
