Service Contract Specialist Job in Mumbai at Varian Medical Systems, Pune

Varian is hiring for the role of Service Contract Specialist!

Responsibilities of a Candidate:

• Validate and book Service Contracts or Purchase Orders and generate Invoices.
• Prepare Service Contract quotations in partnership with the Service Manager and acquire appropriate approvals. (CPQ- Salesforce)
• Drive the Service Contract renewal process; by preparing and reviewing quotes with stakeholders, sending quotes to customers, and validating and booking orders in the system.
• Process warranty contracts.
• Drive the quote and tender process until submission of the tender documents.
• Input and maintain the accuracy of customer-related data in SAP.
• Respond to customer inquiries (both internal and external) in a timely manner.
• Develop and submit monthly reports and forecasts, as required.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team-building activities
• Participate in internal and external audits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or equivalent ERP products and MS Office is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Service-oriented towards customers and internal stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to collaborate effectively with local and global internal teams
• Ability and confidence to work autonomously
• Self-motivated and results-focused
• With Min 1-3 years of experience in a similar profile
