Gartner is hiring for the role of Service Business Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Drive client retention by collaborating with Global service delivery groups across client retention life cycle
• Develop creative approaches to solve business problems for driving client engagement and retention
• Apply design thinking, structure change programs and execute on them to influence colleagues to take action
• Build scalable processes through continuous improvement, work with products/tech team to drive automation
• Identify process improvement opportunities and apply LEAN principles to boost efficiency and productivity of processes & people
• Identify top priorities for our clients and work with the service delivery teams to ensure we deliver client value
• Assess the value Gartner is adding to the clients through creating renewal pitches
• Track, interpret and report on key business metrics and drive corrective actions
• Analyze information consolidated from multiple sources, conduct data driven hypothesis, identify and resolve conflicts; break down high-level information into detailed workable requirements
• Discover and replicate best practices within Gartner or outside industry; aim for standardization & effectiveness
• Build great relationships across teams, communicate and present analytical insights to global stakeholders and to senior management

Requirements:

• Pursuing post graduate program in management with 0-4 years of work experience ​
• Practical, intuitive problem solver with an ability to translate quantitative analysis into actionable business strategies​
• Deep analytical thinker with experience in deriving business insights from data analytics
• Passion for client service and team leadership​
• Proven track record of excellence, fueled by critical thinking, analytic, and communications skills​
• Detail-oriented with high personal standard for quality and accuracy along with a strategic mindset to interpret and bring out the ‘so what’ from data​
• Strong collaboration skills; Be a self-starter who can anticipate business needs and fulfill on them in a proactive manner​
• Exposure and understanding of lean six sigma, lean diagnostics, T&M and other process improvement techniques would be a big plus​
• Good command of knowledge related to Information technology, product development and its application to business would be welcomed but not mandatory​
• Strong Microsoft Office expertise – Advanced Excel, PowerPoint​
