Jar is hiring for the role of SEO Strategist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant target keywords with high search volume and low competition
• Analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush) to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to optimize website content, technical structure, and user experience for search engines
• Collaborate with content creators and developers to ensure content is optimized for target keywords and adheres to SEO best practices
• Develop & Manage strategic outreach campaigns and link-building strategies with the Outreach Specialist
• Monitor search engine ranking positions for target keywords and track website traffic growth
• Analyze SEO performance data and provide regular reports with actionable insights to stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with web developers and designers to ensure optimal website development from an SEO perspective

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in SEO strategy and implementation
• Proven track record of successfully increasing organic traffic and website rankings
• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and search engine algorithms
• Strong analytical skills with experience using SEO tools and platforms
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate SEO strategies to stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of online user behaviour
