Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Google My Business Management:
  
  • Create, verify, and manage GMB profiles for clients or the organization.
  • Optimize business descriptions, categories, services, and attributes.
  • Ensure NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency across all listings.
• Local SEO Optimization:
  
  • Conduct keyword research and implement strategies for GMB rankings.
  • Optimize location pages for organic search visibility.
  • Manage schema markup for local SEO.
• Content & Post Management:
  
  • Plan and post engaging GMB updates, including promotions, events, and offers.
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews and queries professionally.
• Analytics & Reporting:
  
  • Monitor GMB Insights to track performance metrics such as views, clicks, and calls.
  • Generate regular reports showcasing growth, traffic, and ROI.
• Competitor Analysis:
  
  • Analyze competitors' GMB listings and identify optimization opportunities.
• Reputation Management:
  
  • Monitor online reviews and improve customer engagement.
  • Implement strategies to improve ratings and customer feedback.
• Local Link Building:
  
  • Identify and acquire high-quality backlinks from local sources to boost rankings.
• Problem Solving:
  
  • Handle issues like duplicate listings, suspension recovery, and incorrect mapping.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing Google My Business profiles and local SEO campaigns.
• Strong understanding of GMB features, ranking factors, and algorithms.
• Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, BrightLocal, SEMrush, or Moz.
• Knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
