Digital Marketing:

·        Outline Ads/ Group Ads and Site-link extensions, collecting and analysing data, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI/ROAS.

·        Understanding of Bid-Strategy and optimise campaigns based on quality leads.

·        Tracking, reporting and analysing website analytics, pay-per-click (PPC) initiatives and campaigns

·        Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization

Requirements and skills

·        Manage PPC campaigns across Google, Bing, and other paid platforms.

·        Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition

·        Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing

·        In-depth experience with bid management tools

·        Experience with website analytics tools

·        Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments

Key Functional Areas of Responsibility

·        Plan, develop and implement our SEM/SEO strategy

·        Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization

·        Identify key SEO/SEM KPIs

·        Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs

·        Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner

·        Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization

·        Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices

Professional Skills & Qualifications

·        1 year+ of experience as SEO/SEM Executive or similar role

·        1 year+ of experience in Technical / Analytical Skills.

·        Proven success in SEO

·        Expertise in A/B and other testing methods

·        Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus

·        Good time-management skills
