Two Stones Digital Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the role of SEO Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies for clients across industries.
• Conduct competitor analysis and keyword research to uncover opportunities.
• Plan SEO roadmaps aligned with client business goals.
• Develop on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies for clients across industries.
• Conduct competitor analysis and keyword research to uncover opportunities.
• Plan SEO roadmaps aligned with client business goals.
• Conduct regular website audits (crawlability, indexation, speed, mobile-friendliness, core web vitals).
• Identify and fix technical issues using tools like Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc
• Work with developers to ensure SEO compliance in website builds.
• Manage link-building activities ethically (guest posts, PR, outreach).
• Identify backlink gaps and opportunities.
• Monitor backlink quality and remove toxic links
• Work closely with the content team, UX & UI, designers, developers, and paid marketing teams.
• Participate in brainstorming to align SEO with full-funnel marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Surfer, etc.
• Good understanding of content strategy and keyword mapping.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics and WordPress optimization.
• Ability to create SEO strategies independently
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong communication & presentation ability
• Ownership mindset and accountability.
• Ability to work under deadlines across multiple projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience.
