Upstox is hiring for the role of SEO Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to guide content strategy.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, and structure for search engines.
• Analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tools.
• Monitor and report on organic search performance and KPIs.
• Implement advanced on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
• Develop and execute effective link-building strategies.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments.
• Create and optimize landing pages for improved search engine visibility.
• Assist in conducting technical SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations.
• Provide SEO recommendations for website redesigns and updates.
• Track and report on SEO performance, rankings, and traffic metrics.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify SEO opportunities and gaps.
• Assist in developing SEO guidelines and best practices for the organization.
• Participate in the development and execution of SEO experiments and tests.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2 to 4 years of proven experience as an SEO Analyst or similar role, preferably in the fintech industry
• Demonstrable knowledge of advanced and technical SEO best practices and industry trends.
• Proficiency with keyword research tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush) and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
• Experience in link-building and off-page SEO strategies
• Knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Strapi)
• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and online marketing principles
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Certifications in SEO or Google Analytics are a plus
