Senior Workday Finance Analyst Job in Gurgaon at Concentrix

Concentrix is hiring for the role of Senior Workday Finance Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Administer the system configuration to manage user’s expectations by providing effective solutions to increase overall productivity.
• Provide Accurate solutions to complex business requirements and issues raised by the Finance Departments Worldwide.
• Amend and/or create Workday Financial Business Processes, Financial Reports, and User Security Profiles.
• Structure and deliver end users' requests for continuous improvements of Accounting and Finance Practices.
• Support implementations to new regions and constant expansion of WebhelpxConcentrix
• Translate business functional requirements into system configuration changes.

Requirements:

• Strong finance knowledge with expertise in at least one business process (P2P, O2C, Fixed Asset, General Ledger)
• 2-5 years of overall experience, including 1 year in a Functional/Techno-Functional role with financial ERPs (Oracle, SAP, Workday)
• Knowledge of functional setups for mapping business requirements in the Workday system (desirable)
• Proficiency in Business Reporting for requirement gathering and development (desirable)
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, JIRA) or support organizations (advantageous)
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a logical and analytical mindset
• Ability to understand and translate complex financial issues
