Uniqode is hiring for the role of Senior Visual Designer!

Responsibility of the Candidate:

• An understanding of web technologies, platforms, design patterns, and systems. 
• Open to feedback and willing to collaborate with stakeholders to create delightful visuals until you earn a seat next to Van Gogh. 
• Your imagery tells a story, and you know what to keep or take away to achieve the epitome of balance. 
• Minimum experience of 6 years, preferably in the digital domain. 
• Command on the design craft with the flexibility to work with or adapt to various styles from ligne Claire to flat art. 
• You won't shy away from experimenting with visual language or a medium of expression if it helps bridge the product intent to the end customer. 
• Collaborative and communication to sensitize stakeholders on good design 
• Good management and triaging skills to manage and handle requests across products and platforms 
• Experience guiding and mentoring young designers on the team 
• Portfolio and work samples showcase your craft, highlighting your styles and how your work has evolved. 

Requirements:

• Champion and communicate the brand language of Uniqode via the style guide.
• Custodian of visual design experience across channels. 
• Create advertisements across media in collaboration with Product Designers and Product Marketing Managers. 
• Experience in creating landing pages.
• Define iconography, visual imagery, and product states to support the craft of experienced designers.
• Understanding of imagery in web vs. print with an ability to use design systems. 
• Create a repository of images using combinations of vector art, image manipulation, product screens, etc., which can be consumed easily by multiple stakeholders across the company.
