Bajaj Finserv is hiring for the role of Senior Unit Manager - Payments - Technology!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Managing Technology operations around core payment products of Merchants, QR Payment, Digital Wallet, UPI, Bill Payments, and Payment Gateway.
• Designing, running, and tracking of tasks related to the delivery of payment product initiatives on both Issuance products like PPI, UPI, Cards, etc., and Acquiring products like Payment Gateway, EDC POS, etc.
• Using API performance tracking platforms like UserExperior, Kibana, NewRelic, etc., and SLA management with partners.
• Using Agile implementation tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, Slack, etc. for managing task deliveries.
• Doing Regular scrum standups with internal cross-functional teams like IT, Operations, Customer Service, Compliance, Legal, etc.
• Owning Regular Monitoring and TechOps KPIs for platform uptime and delivering the required success rates to businesses.
• Understanding and benchmarking of existing and foreseeable trends to improve products.

Requirements:

• MBA from a reputed institute with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience.
• Minimum 1-2 years of running a technology operations shop and SCRUM / Project management roles in the Payments domain.
• Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment.
• Exceptionally high motivation levels and needs to be a self-starter.
