Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Need to work as a team lead in one or more Temenos T24 projects
• Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators
• Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting to the lead
• Interface with the customer representatives as and when needed
• Building a quality culture
• Manage the performance management for the direct reportees, as per the organization policies
• Foster teamwork and lead by example
• Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives

Requirements:

• Good Knowledge in Temenos Core Applications in Functional side
• Excellent documentation skills such as preparing BRD and FSD
• Excellent business communication skills
• Good Leadership skills
• Excellent client-facing skills
• MBA/MCA/ BE / B.Tech/ equivalent with a sound industry experience of 3 to 5 Yrs
