Senior Technical Recruiter – US IT STAFFING Job at Winmax Systems India Pvt. Ltd

Job Description:

• We are looking for Senior US IT Technical Recruiters with 5+ years of experience collaborating with IT Talent (Candidates) in the US Technology & Business Consulting space.
• You must have proven ability to manage, train & mentor Junior Recruiters, & motivate for optimal delivery & best results, for which as Lead, you will be responsible & accountable.
• Following traditional and/or non-traditional methods, you need to prospect & generate new relationships with Candidates, & you must love the exercise of search & match between the right talent & the right job profile. Define & execute Sourcing Strategies to generate interest in open roles & engage passive Candidates.
• Determinedly manage relationships with Candidates & give immense importance to Candidate Experience; demonstrating skills with follow-through, response-times, feedback-provision, interview guidance & offers processing.
• Be metrics-driven. You use data to help guide & inform your recruiting decisions. Preparing, reviewing, & presenting key metrics to evaluate the success of the recruiting process/pipeline comes automatically to you.
• You must have a proven history of high achievement in realizing targets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop sourcing strategies that are successful in reaching out the passive & active job seekers in the US IT Market, & source Candidates from US market on various IT skills to fulfil our client requirements.
• Collaborate with US Team Leads to understand the project requirements by using the WinMax qualification process. Adhere to set up processes & procedures for a smooth workflow.
• Recruit in the areas of EAD, Software Technologies, Engineering (Hardware), Business / Functional Consulting & Clinical space.
• Evaluate Candidates’ strengths based on customer requirements by screening & interviewing.
• Conduct introductory & high-level presentations including the demonstration of WinMax’s Consulting Services to Candidates. 
• Build good rapport with candidates throughout the interview process to ensure a positive experience.
• Negotiate salaries with Candidates.
• Manage communication between the Candidates & WinMax. 
• Develop & keep strong working relationships with internal team members.

Experience, Education & Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years’ experience in Recruiting in Technology & Business Consulting, & Professional Services.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree a plus but not required
• Hands-on full cycle recruiting experience for diverse job requirements & customers.
• Proven history of success in meeting recruiting targets.
• Must be well versed in US Terms & have expertise in recruiting Citizens & Green Card holders.
• Must be an exceptional team player with excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving & client interaction skills. Must be positive & assured, & able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with Microsoft Office, CRM/ATS, sourcing through Paid/Free Job-boards & Social Media.
• Top-notch Spoken English & flawless written communication ability.
• Willing to work in IST night shifts (US PST Timing) only.
