Mastercard is hiring for Senior Technical Program Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Conceptualize, rationalize, and drive multiple simultaneous projects to deliver engineering work across the portfolio in Scrum and Kanban execution models.
• Contribute to the strategies, design choices, and cloud infrastructure necessary to build comprehensive, believable, and achievable execution plans for high-profile new features and capabilities.
• Drive feature execution while keeping teams coached with Agile best practices (Scrum and Kanban) and regularly reporting project status to stakeholders.
• Lead project strategic discussions with stakeholders and communicate with impact, eloquence, and authenticity.
• Build relationships, partner with, and influence dependent teams while commanding the respect of individuals across the organization.

Requirements:

• BS in engineering, computer science, or related discipline
• At least 3 years of professional work experience is required
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently and across multiple teams
• Demonstrated experience breaking down problems, planning sprints, and delivering projects in agile framework models (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience in coaching teams on Agile best practices
• Experience building cloud-native software products with a deep understanding of business, platform capabilities, and underlying technologies
• Proven data-driven decision-making and applying continuous improvement methodologies across teams
