HCL TECH is hiring for Senior Technical Lead!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

•  Hardware engineer with expertise in Design, Development and Verification activities (Board system level Testing)
• Hardware engineer with expertise on Digital, Analog Mixed signal. 
• Good in high speed and RF designs.4. Expertise on EMI EMC design and resolving issues
•  Experience in Prototype development and boardssystem integration activities.
• Experience in Design calculations, simulations, and analysis (Signal integrity and Pspice circuit simulations)
• Knowledge in FPGA design to collaborate with respective team and perform the verification8. Expertise in handling of Digital Oscilloscope, Signal generator, Spectrum and Network analyzer etc. 
• Experience in ECAD tools such as Zuken / OrCad / Altium.
• Strong in communication and collaboration skills
• To leverage design expertise to ensure that software and products exhibit user-friendliness, intuitiveness, and alignment with user expectations, contributing to the creation of seamless user experiences.
• To lead a team of designers, provide guidance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality design solutions in alignment with the overall business goals.
• To present design concepts and play a crucial role in shaping the overall design vision and strategy.
• To stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies to drive innovation and excellence in design.
