Responsibilities of a Candidate:

Requirements:

• Possess 2 years' working experience in IT Integration, scripting/programming languages, and technologies such as Java, SQL, XML, SOAP, REST, and JSON.
• Able to rapidly acquire and maintain good product knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain focus.
• Ability to meet deadlines effectively.
• Willingness and ability to travel, including outside of Malaysia if required.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent standard, with a high numeric and/or IT content.
• Banking experience is considered an advantage.
• Understanding of operating systems including Windows Environments, Unix (Solaris, AIX), Linux, and Mainframe (an added advantage).
• Demonstrated knowledge in various programming skills (e.g., JAVA, Groovy, JavaScript, JQuery, UML), web service technologies such as SOAP, WSDL, XML technologies (XSL, XSD, XPATH), security technologies (LDAP, encryption, certificates), load balancing technologies, web platforms (IIS, Tomcat, WebSphere), and configuring multi-threaded environments.
• Experience in middleware technologies such as IBM MQ or EAI types is advantageous.
• Experience in TCP/IP network environments, including troubleshooting network-related issues.
• Experience in integrating or working with Databases such as Oracle, MS SQL, or DB2.
• Familiarity with waterfall and/or agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence, SVN, Sharepoint, Jmeter, Selenium, Eclipse, and Netbeans.
• Experienced in JCL, VSAM, and FILE-AID is advantageous.
• Experience with Solution optimization (DB optimization, system bottleneck analysis) and performance tuning (JVM tuning, OS tuning, etc.) is advantageous.
• Familiarity with various technologies, programming languages, operating systems, and computer hardware platforms.
• International experience and ability to engage virtual teams.
• Knowledge in areas such as Workflow, Strategy Management, Customer Management, Policy Rules, Collections, and Fraud applications.
• Knowledge of all phases of software development including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing (integration, user, and performance), debugging, implementation, and support.
• Strong English oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and strong presentation capabilities.
• Sound knowledge in the application of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) process for specific project nature.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
