Cargill is hiring for the role of Senior Team Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Identifying, proposing, and driving process improvement projects using enterprise resource planning applications.
• Building and cultivating robust business relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
• Managing the procure-to-pay activities, and processing invoices according to the established payment policy.
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging staff to think creatively to develop process improvement ideas.
• Leading and developing a team, coaching and making decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of enterprise resource planning methodologies, processes and applications.
• Minimum of four years of related work experience.
• Other minimum qualifications may apply.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Chartered accountant, certified public accountant, or cost and management accountant with relevant experience.
• Extensive accounting experience in finance operations with deep expertise in procure-to-pay and related finance processes.
