Ascensus is hiring for the role of Senior Team Leader!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Monitor receipt of Census information to completion of Compliance Tests, Trust Accounting and Form 5500 reporting and being delivered to client on a timely basis
• Develop SLAs, lead process development and improvement
• Understand root cause/identify control breaks

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance/Accounting background
• Proven track record of working effectively in a flexible work environment in a result-oriented approach
• Should have communication skills, Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Basic MS Office knowledge and preference to a good working knowledge of Excel
• Must be able to adapt the assignments quickly
• Flexibility in work culture (She/he should be flexible in Day/Night shift based on business requirements)
• Good Knowledge in Reconciliation concepts
• Experience in retirement plan recordkeeping/administration with knowledge of IRS and Department of Labor
• Proven leadership, management, and direct supervisory skills
• High-level written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Implementation and Organizational Change Management skills
• Preferably ASPPA-certified or equivalent
