Google is hiring for the role of Senior Talent Engagement Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Serve as the Talent Outreach SME on the assigned demographic group, providing insights to improve outreach to and inclusion of those groups in our programs.
• Understand the competitive landscape as it relates to engagement of the assigned demographic group, and share learnings with the team.
• Develop relationships with internal stakeholders, including ERG leaders.
• Conduct ongoing reporting and data analysis, including but not limited to detailed tracking of events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in program or project management.
• Master's degree in Human resources or a related field.
• Experience using data to generate insights and translating insights into operational actions that yield positive impact.
• Proven track record of project management, delivering results, and extraordinary attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands.
• Ability to be self-directed, highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency, and have active listening and critical thinking skills to enable consultative solutioning
