Gartner is hiring for the role of Senior T&E Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Answer complex questions from Gartner’s global associates and suppliers on our processes within our defined service levels.
• Collaborate with preferred travel, expense and corporate card suppliers.
• Drive continuous process improvements by supporting management initiatives.
• Support transient, conference and group travel teams in travel related initiatives.
• Lead projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
• Utilize available reporting to run, analyze and present the data with minimal support
• Confidently lead and drive conversations with suppliers and upper management

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience working in travel & expense, finance or similar business functions.
• Must have a strong can-do, no limits, winner mindset
• Excellent customer service and listening skills
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn new skills and take direction
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook with an ability to learn new tools quickly
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate with a diverse audience at various levels while considering cultural differences
• Strong initiative and willingness to take on projects in a proactive manner
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
