HCL is hiring for the role of Senior Support Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Provide technical support to internal and external customers for HCL's products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to HCL's products and services.
- Escalate issues to the appropriate team or individual when necessary.
- Document technical issues and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in the IT industry.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance technical skills.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure the smooth operation of HCL's products and services.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HCL's products and services.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies is a plus.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms is a plus.
