Senior/Staff Performance Analysis Engineer Job in Bengaluru at ARM InfoTech

Arm is hiring for the role of Senior/Staff Performance Analysis Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Push Arm CPUs & System IP to their Performance limits – targeting the IP's internal architecture and how it interacts with the rest of the system.
• Benchmark and analyze the Performance of Arm IPs and SoCs, characterising benchmarks and workloads, and helping our partners achieve the best possible performance using Arm technology.
• Work with cross-site design teams, and performance teams throughout Arm and product marketing to push Arm IP to its limits.
• Make a difference by actively contributing to Arm performance analysis methodologies which are improved continuously to match design advancements.
• Mentor and/or Manage junior engineers as a part of the role.

Requirements:

• 10 to 20 Yrs of experience
• Understanding of CPU or SoC architecture and microarchitecture
• Hands-on experience in Performance Analysis of complex CPUs/SoCs
• Experience in leading or managing a team
• Experience with C/C++/Python or other languages
• HW and SW debugging skills on Silicon or Pre-Silicon
• Great interpersonal and communication skills and desire to work as part of a team
