Senior Specialist - Trademark Docketing Job in Gurgaon at Anaqua India LLP

Anaqua is hiring for the role of Senior Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Responsible for all aspects of Trademark docketing for the US and Non-US Jurisdiction, at the processor level
• Docket and De-Docket deadlines in IPMS along with uploading and linking of relevant documents in the respective matter
• Ensuring correct bibliographic information is updated, generating correct reminders so that the paralegals/attorneys are informed timely of the actions due
• Identify key information in the client-provided data and enter it in the IPMS correctly, as per the client’s instructions
• Review  Trademark prosecution-related documents (US & Non-US) received via shared mailbox as per the standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Ability to identify and research discrepancies in the IPMS as compared to various PTO databases
• Ability to work on Citation Matrix and add/update cited prior art/cited references in the IPMS
• Ability to create Trademark records in IPMS based on the information provided by the client
• Process allocated work as per client requirements and as per work instructions
• Report and describe docketing-related queries to the manager or client (if needed)

Requirements:

• Knowledge and experience in Trademark docketing (US and Non-US)
• Experience in working on ANAQUA/ PATTSY
• Knowledge of Trademark Docketing is mandatory
• At least 2-3 years of experience in the IP Industry, 
• Prior experience working on the Anaqua platform would be an added advantage
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task to perform roles smoothly without missing deadlines
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
