Molex is hiring for the role of Senior Specialist - Trade Systems!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Business Requirement gathering from the CoE and regional managers for any SAP GTS, other tools, or IT-related ask. Document the requirements and coordinate with the appropriate IT functions for development, enhancement, or debugging.
• Upload of Global Trade data content from service providers (like Descartes etc.) into the Trade management tool (SAP GTS) on time, every time. Follow up with the content provider upon any delays and ensure all data content is uploaded and updated.
• Duty rates, new HTS codes, measures, etc.
• Gather requirements and develop automation for any manual processes within the CoE or outside the CoE team using tools like Power Automate or others. Document the automation and get sign-off from requestors.
• Explore functionalities and coordinate for implementation of key modules within SAP GTS like
  • Self-filing Customs declaration.
  • Broker enablement module.

Requirements:

• Any Degree. BCA, B.E IT or Computer Science. Preferred degree in Computer/systems background.
• English is essential whilst fluency in one of the other major languages would be a distinct advantage.
• Good understanding of the Trade & Customs operations at a high level, to understand how the business impacts are assessed.
• Very strong communication (non-verbal & verbal).
• Knowledge of SAP GTS module and SAP module.
