Whirlpool is hiring for the job role of Senior Software Test Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Proficient in Product / Platform knowledge where he or she deployed
  • Proficiency in Linkage of VoC and product functions/features (Excluding SBD/CAD)
  • Basic Awareness of all Products / Platforms of Whirlpool
  • Able to connect FMEA / DVPR / FBD / Product map with Project Execution
  • Proficient in Component Level knowledge and interfaces of components in susbsystem
  • Contribute to the test plan definition as per the software releases
  • Review and validate the reported defect and clarify test failure. (RTC)
  • Able to do test schedule in RTC

Requirements:

  • Proficient in IBM, MKS, GESE, and MAC software tools.
  • ISTQB Foundation level certified (Agile)
  •  Awareness of basic OPEX/Lean tools and technique/critical thinking
