Epsilon is hiring for the role of Senior Software Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Senior Software Engineer to join our team.
• This role requires strong backend expertise in Java or Go (Golang), solid understanding of data-driven systems, and the ability to contribute on the frontend when needed.
• The ideal candidate is passionate about building scalable, performant systems and mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Java or Go programming language.
• Hands-on experience with databases (SQL & NoSQL like MySQL, PostgreSQL, BigQuery).
• Knowledge of data engineering concepts (ETL pipelines, streaming systems like Kafka, batch processing with Spark/Flink is a plus).
• Exposure to at least one frontend framework (React, Angular, or similar).
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and/or gRPC.
• Experience with at least one cloud platform (GCP/AWS).
• Proficient with Git, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Experience in retail media / ad-tech or data-heavy domains.
• Understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Exposure to machine learning data pipelines.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Grafana.
• Familiarity with Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for orchestration.
• Good to have AWS/GCP certification.
