Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Project Execution and Design: Lead the development, configuration, and enhancement of data privacy applications, especially on SharePoint, using a variety of scripting and programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, present technical solutions, and ensure alignment of privacy and compliance initiatives.
• Solution Optimization: Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement, implement best practices, and optimize privacy-related operations and integrations.

• Tool Deployment and Configuration: Utilize leading data risk and privacy management tools, such as OneTrust, TrustArc, and Microsoft Purview, to enhance organizational compliance frameworks.
• Continual Improvement: Demonstrate critical thinking to address business and industry challenges, recommending and implementing effective solutions to improve products, processes, and systems.
• Regulatory Compliance: Implement IT controls to meet regulatory requirements and assess the impact of emerging regulations on operations.
• Mentorship and Training: Mentor and train junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development to ensure team members adhere to BMS standards and excel in their roles.
• Inclusive Leadership: Encourage collaboration in diverse, multi-cultural teams across various locations, enhancing team productivity and creativity.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in developing or executing projects using various programming and scripting languages, including Java, Python, and JavaScript.
• Experience in customizing and developing applications on SharePoint is essential.
• Familiarity with industry-leading data privacy tools such as OneTrust, TrustArc, or Microsoft Purview.
• Ability to independently make impactful decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
