Bajaj Finserv is hiring for the role of Senior Software Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Salesforce Development:
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications and solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Customizations & Configurations:
  • Implement and manage custom objects, custom fields, workflows, process builders, and other Salesforce configurations.
• Integration:
  • Integrate Salesforce with other internal and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other tools.
• Data Management:
  • Design and manage data models, create/update data flow, and ensure data integrity within Salesforce.
• Code Optimization & Best Practices:
  • Write clean, maintainable code following Salesforce best practices and standards. Conduct regular code reviews.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Testing & Troubleshooting:
  • Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to optimize Salesforce performance.
• Documentation:
  • Document technical solutions, configurations, and release notes for future reference and maintenance.

Requirements:

• Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Developer certification (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) is highly desirable.
• Experience:
  • 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components).
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
  • Familiarity with Agile development practices and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce administration tasks, including user management and data import/export.
• Skills:
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other front-end technologies for customizing Salesforce UI.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
