Bajaj Finserv is hiring for the role of Senior Software Engineer!

Roles & Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work as part of IT Compliance team for one of the largest NBFCs - BFL
• Support to execute & manage compliance reviews independently in the areas of IT General controls mainly comprising of –
• IT Infra – Server, Networks, Database & User management, APIM
• Information Security
• Payments business – IT controls
• Data – security & privacy
• Demonstrate technical understanding of the above domains along with the latest updates
• Work jointly with a dynamic & growing team having diversified experience CAs/Engineers/MBAs
• With various BFL Fin-tech initiatives, candidates need to have the agility to adapt to new changes and put the state-of-the-art review process

Requirements:

• BE/B.Tech with 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
• Willingness to work in Compliance function conducting IT reviews
• Technical knowledge of given domains, ability to stay up to date with the latest technologies
• Highly motivated, self-starter, Agile, Quick Learner
• Good oral and written communication, analytical skills, clarity of thoughts
• Demonstrated success & achievement orientation.
• Certifications like CISSP/CISM/CISA/CRISC/ISO 27001 etc will be an add-on
• Should have sound knowledge on infosec domains and tools (SOC/SIEM/VAPT/AV/DLP etc)
• Demonstrate work execution skills in order to handle day-to-day review, tracking, closure & reporting
• Develop rapport with IT teams to add value through audit recommendations
• Work with Technical & other teams and constantly challenge status quo to bring value addition
