Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Analyze business problems and propose effective technology solutions.
• Demonstrate expertise in Java and Data structures.
• Lead Proof of Concept (POC) and Proof of Technology (POT) evaluations.
• Spearheaded engineering efforts, from rapid prototypes to large-scale applications, primarily in the field of Search (Solr/Elastic).
• Publish and update technical architecture and user/process documentation.
• Architect, design, build, and deploy scalable solutions impacting millions of customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills.
• Create and recommend solution design options, considering requirements, standards, and current infrastructure.
• Provide thought leadership globally on Distributed Systems solutions through external publications and internal training initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of professional work experience.
• Experience with large datasets and distributed systems.
• Expertise in Search (Solr/Elastic) management and architecture.
• Proficient in Java and Data structures.
