Xperi is hiring for the role of Senior Software Development Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and deploy IPTV Streamers to new customers and increase engagement in the existing customer base
• Should write high-quality, scalable code
• Manage Challenging timelines
• Common code agile development

Requirements:

• 4 to 6 years of software development experience
• A solid grounding in Computer Science fundamentals and object-oriented programming and design
• Expert-level knowledge of C++ or Java
• Willingness and ability to work across layers of the software stack 
• Exposure to at least one of the following lower-layer areas: - Memory management, Threading 
• Understanding of microservices architecture and technologies
• Good to have experience in Android TV/ Smart TV
• Good hold on Problem-solving, Algorithms, and Data Structures
• Exposure to application development
• Experience in large, complex embedded systems applications
• Increasing areas of ownership and responsibility on previous projects
• Engineering Graduation degree or post-graduation degree from a reputed Indian or foreign university 
• Experience in the industry
• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Collaborative attitude, focus on working together on strong teams to deliver the best products
• IPTV/Streaming domain knowledge is good to have
• Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile is a plus
