Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications and systems.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, assisting them in solving complex problems and enhancing their skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Software Developer, with a strong portfolio of successful software projects.
• In-depth knowledge of software development principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Expertise in one or more programming languages, such as Java, C#, Python, or Ruby.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., Spring, ASP.NET, Django, Ruby on Rails) and front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular).
• Proficiency in database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and database design principles.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN) and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Solid understanding of software testing principles and frameworks (e.g., JUnit, NUnit, Selenium).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership skills and the ability to guide and mentor junior developers.
