Inc42 is hiring for the role of Senior Social Media Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Identifying social media trends and marketing them with our social media team
• Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives on social media activities
• Brainstorm new ideas and stay on top of social media trends
• Work alongside other members of the Marketing team to distribute content that educates, entertains, and engages our target audiences and supports overall marketing goals
• Share performance reports of all social media platforms with all key stakeholders
• Building the overall Social Media Strategy of the company
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create a Social Media Calendar.
• Ensure achievement of planned results from the campaigns
• Weekly/monthly reporting of the respective campaign performance on social media
• plan, Execute, and Report exclusive social media partnerships with brands, creators & distributors 
• Work with social influencers for social media campaigns

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in social media marketing
• Preferably from modern digital media or content-first digital companies
• Should have experience in Growth Marketing, Content Marketing, CRM
• Should have experience with social media tools such as Hootsuite, Facebook Business Manager, CoSchedule, Later etc.
• Has great affinity towards social media
• Must have significant demonstrated growth on social media platforms earlier
• Creative Mindset with an eye for detail
• Enthusiastic about the Indian Startup Ecosystem
• Regularly consumes content on OTT, News websites or blogs
• Fluent in communications
