Hiver is hiring for the role of Senior SEO Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Execute on SEO activities such as on-page optimisation, internal linking, schema, metadata, and technical hygiene (crawling, indexing, page speed, etc.).
• Conduct keyword research to identify content opportunities and support the editorial calendar in collaboration with the content team.
• Perform SEO audits and collaborate with developers to fix technical issues affecting crawlability, site performance, and user experience.
• Support content optimisation efforts to improve rankings and ensure content is aligned with target keywords and search intent.
• Collaborate with the product marketing, design, and web teams to ensure all landing pages and updates are SEO-friendly.
• Monitor SEO metrics and identify actionable insights regularly.
• Assist in link-building efforts, including identifying outreach opportunities, managing backlinks, ensuring link quality and collaborating with agency partners.
• Stay updated on search algorithm changes, SEO trends, and competitor strategies to contribute new ideas and tactics.
• Analyse regular performance reports and dashboards using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs etc.
• Work closely with the SEO Manager to prioritise tasks, troubleshoot issues, and align on broader strategic goals.
• Work directly on WordPress to execute SEO updates.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
• Solid understanding of core SEO concepts—technical SEO, on-page, off-page, and content optimization.
• Experience working with SEO and analytics tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Familiarity with basic HTML, metadata, redirects, and site architecture concepts.
• Ability to analyse data, derive insights, and communicate findings in a clear, structured manner.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and a willingness to test, learn, and improve.
• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress is required.
