Times Internet is hiring for the role of Senior Sales Specialist: Insurance! 

Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to sell insurance and loan products.
• Understand and assess customer needs to recommend suitable products.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance and loan products.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and company policies during sales processes.

Requirements: 

• Sales Experience: Proven experience of at least 2 years in telesales, preferably in financial products.
• Communication Skills: Excellent English and Hindi verbal communication.
• Interpersonal and Persuasion skills: Strong inter-personal and persuasive abilities to convert leads into sales.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer objections and provide effective solutions.
