Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set sales goals and objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and ongoing training to ensure continuous improvement.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of financial products and services.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Relevant certifications in sales or finance are advantageous.
  • Sales of financial products like Demat, Insurance, SIP into retail market, team handling exp mandatory.
  • Ability to work in team, good comms
