Dream Sports is hiring for the role of Senior Sales Executive!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Proactively generate and convert B2C sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent pipeline management and high-quality conversions.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend tailored sports-led holiday packages.
- Upsell premium experiences, hospitality upgrades, and curated add-ons to maximise revenue.
- Maintain accurate CRM records for lead status, follow-ups, and closures.
- Leverage product training and portfolio knowledge to pitch confidently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sale handover and fulfilment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- High motivation with strong ownership of targets and outcomes.
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to understand individual needs.
- Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Passion for sports, travel, and unique experiences.
